Meet Janice And Kim

I have lived in the desert for the last 21 years and love being part of this unique community.

I enjoy the game of golf, tennis, and pickleball! And delight in hiking through the Desert trails with my special golden retriever, Carmel!

I feel blessed to be a part of Southwest Church and involved in the many aspects of giving back to our community.   I have lived and sold in many of the gated, luxury, and high-end communities in the Coachella Valley.  My greatest satisfaction in Real Estate is representing buyers and sellers and making their dreams come true! My goal in collaborating with buyers is to find them the RIGHT HOME! And to exceed their expectations through an elevated level of service, integrity, marketing, knowledge of the local market, and contract negotiations. 

I am trained and inspired by some of the best in sales – Dale Carnegie, Brian Buffini, and Jim Rohn – I have built a reputation for integrity, resourcefulness, energy, and hard work, all with a fun and creative flair.
